Security

We view Internet security has a extremely high importance and we use every precaution that we can to insure that your information is protected.  
We use 128-bit strong encryption through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to maintain this level of security.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order.  To protect your privacy, you will need to reenter
this information with each purchase.  The information you provide to us will not be redistributed to outside affiliates.  We do not share, rent, or
sell information to others.  We will not disclose personal information about you unless directed or required by law.  Your name and address
information will be used solely for verifying your identity and for processing your order.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their
email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send
orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of
receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and
services.

Information contained within general email directed towards any of our company sites will be viewed as confidential yet used to answer
questions about our company and its' products.  Your identity will not be recorded within our system but your email letters will be documented.

Shipping

Cowboy Horse Tack typically ships from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs upon receipt of paid orders.  If however, there is a delay the customer
will be contacted via email to verify the expected delivery time.  Special orders will be viewed differently on ship dates and may take up to 30
days for completion of order.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS.  *Any UPS 2nd or Next Day delivery will not be shipped on the same day as ordered
unless received by
11:00am PST.  
 There is no weekend delivery.  In most cases, ground UPS takes 5-10 business days to receive and USPS may take 7
business days to receive.  Deliveries to some locations may take longer.  UPS will not deliver to PO addresses.

Additional Shipping Charges:
We do ship overseas through USPS and UPS.  All custom fees and additional fees/charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Promise of Satisfaction:
We promise to serve the public, as humanly possible as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely
satisfied with a purchase, you can return it to Cowboy Horse Tack, and we promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any
purchase with a receipt. We will exchange or issue credit on any purchase without a receipt. We promise to be fair and reasonable with
each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.

What is the Return/Exchange policy?

All merchandise, except gift certificates, can be returned in the original packaging materials. We will happily refund the purchase price of any
stock items that do not satisfy you. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise is not refundable. We do not accept worn articles
for refund, credit or exchange.

It is our intention to provide you with the best quality product, in the most convenient way, delivered to you in the best condition within a
reasonable amount of time. If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item promptly at no additional cost to
you. In this event, Cowboy Horse Tack will pay the shipping costs.

Upon receipt of a damaged or defective product, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-541-783-3877. We will be happy to assist
you in correcting the error. Please supply the Customer Service Representative with your order number, item number and tracking number
from your original package.  Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery of their order to request a return authorization number.


Returning an Item
Here are the basic steps for returning an item:

1.  Customer must include receipt with return authorization number and purchase number.   
 Call for return authorization in order to receive
full credit.  Be sure to include your name, address, and a day-time phone number so there will be no delays in processing your return.

2.  Merchandise needs to be in new condition (never used, tags still on).  We reserve the right to refuse a credit on merchandise after
inspecting it upon return for credit if the merchandise has been altered in any way, shape, or form.

3.  Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.  Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the return
merchandise.  Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.

4.  Customer is responsible for all return freight charges and insurance on the package.  We strongly recommend insuring your package to
guard against damage or loss during shipping.  If the package is lost or damaged, the customer is responsible and liable for all items and
may forfeit any credit for these items.  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we
recommend that you use a reliable carrier for your return shipment. Ship the return package to:

*If receiving credit back onto your credit card please allow up to 3 business days from us receiving your item to process your account.  

*If credit is being returned from an order paid by check or money order, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your credit in the mail.
